Kasia Niemier offers complementary services including energy healing, Reiki, intuitive coaching, and craniosacral-informed practices. These services are intended to support well-being and personal development and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.
2. Bookings
Sessions must be booked in advance via the website or agreed communication channels. By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (such as Stripe). Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.
Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the practitioner’s discretion.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has taken place.
If you are unable to attend, rescheduling is preferred where possible.
6. Client Responsibility
By booking a session, you confirm that:
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being
You understand that the services provided are complementary
You will seek professional medical or psychological help when needed
7. Confidentiality
All personal information and session content will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Online Sessions (Zoom)
For online sessions:
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection
Sessions will take place via Zoom
Please join on time to ensure the full session duration
9. Limitation of Liability
Kasia Niemier shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the services provided.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
