Preparing Your Space & Nurturing Your Integration

Preparing for an energy session—whether in person or across the globe—is a beautiful way to signal to your subconscious that you are ready to receive. Use these simple steps to create a sacred space and get the most out of our time together.
Preparing for Your Session
To help you transition from the "doing" of daily life into the "being" of your healing journey, I recommend the following preparations:
Create Your Sanctuary: Find a quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted. You may want to dim the lights, light a candle, or use your favorite incense or essential oils to signal a "shift" in the atmosphere.
Comfort is Key: Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Have a blanket and a pillow nearby, as your body temperature often drops during deep energetic work.
Set Your Intention: Take a few moments before we begin to sit in silence. What are you ready to release? What are you calling in? Holding a clear intention acts as a compass for the energy.
Hydrate & Nourish: Drink plenty of water before and after our session. Energy work is a physical process for the body, and hydration helps the "flow" and integration of the work.
Allow for "The Echo": If possible, clear your schedule for 15–30 minutes after the session. This "buffer time" allows the shifts to settle into your nervous system before you return to the world.
Pro-Tip: If we are meeting virtually, please ensure your device is charged and you have a stable internet connection so we can remain fully present together.
Energy Aftercare: Nurturing Your Integration
Hydrate Deeply: Energy work moves stagnant information through your system. Drinking plenty of water acts as a physical flush, helping your body process and release what was cleared.
Reflective Journaling: In the days following your session, your subconscious will often "speak" through symbols, dreams, or sudden insights. Set aside 10 minutes each morning to free-write. Don't worry about grammar; simply record how you feel, any "aha" moments, or shifts in your perspective. Writing these down "anchors" the transformation into your physical reality.
Salt Baths: A warm bath with sea salt or Epsom salts is highly recommended. Salt is a natural energetic cleanser that helps ground your field and soothe any emotional sensitivity.
Observe Without Judgment: You may experience a range of emotions or vivid dreams. Simply notice them with curiosity. This is your system reorganizing itself into a more aligned state.
Grounding: If you feel "floaty," spend a few minutes with your bare feet on the earth or eat a nourishing, warm meal to bring the spiritual shifts fully into your physical body.
